Quick answers about HoloHoard, card values, free vs Premium, sharing and your account.
HoloHoard is a trading card collection tracker that helps TCG collectors organize, value and share their cards across multiple franchises, playable and scarcity-driven sets alike. You can explore games and sets without an account, and with a free account you can build collections, track card details, create lists and decks, see what your cards are worth, and share your hoard with one link.
Most trackers are built around one big game. HoloHoard is built for the full breadth of the hobby: playable TCGs and scarcity-driven, serial-numbered sets are both first-class, and so are niche and indie games that other tools ignore. Serialised cards keep their print run and a serial number per copy, so a low serial or a 1-of-1 is tracked as its own distinct card rather than lumped in with the rest. Values are honest, with coverage indicators that show exactly how solid a number is instead of pretending to know everything. And the core, cataloguing, lists, per-card values and sharing, is free.
Create a free account with your email and password, or continue with Google for quick access. You do not need an account to browse the catalogue, only to save collections, lists and values.
Yes. Everything you need to catalogue a collection is free: collections, lists and decks, card details like condition, grading and serial numbers, per-card values, Market basics, sharing, and Deals. Premium is an optional upgrade that adds power tools on top, like deeper Dashboard value analytics, spreadsheet export, full sales history and unlimited collections, lists and uploads.
No, and none ever have. Premium features are new capabilities we add on top, never things taken away. Free users keep full cataloguing, per-card values and sharing, and we keep adding to the free tier too.
Yes. Every variant has its own entry in HoloHoard, including images and print runs. You can stack variants under the base card or unfold every known parallel while browsing. Serialised cards support a serial number per copy, and the serial is optional so you can add it later.
Yes. You can log raw or graded cards with the grading company and grade score, mark autographs and print errors, and add your own notes and photos to any copy.
Yes. You can record how you acquired each copy (pulled, bought, traded), the price you paid and the date. Separately, HoloHoard shows a daily Est. Value for covered cards, blended from sales and listing data on major marketplaces, with clear coverage indicators.
Free accounts include one collection per game, up to 3 lists, and up to 100 photo uploads: enough to get a real collection going. Premium removes the caps: unlimited collections, lists and uploads, with 5GB of storage.
Yes, both. Open it, choose Edit, and use Delete at the bottom; in the app you can also swipe a row to the left. Deleting a LIST only removes the list, your cards stay in your collections. Deleting a COLLECTION also deletes the cards in it, along with any photos you uploaded to them, so your totals and set completion drop accordingly and any shared link stops working. We always confirm first, and neither can be undone.
Yes. Duplicate any of your own lists in one tap, serial numbers included, which is perfect for cloning a deck and testing a few card swaps without touching the original. You can also copy another collector's shared list into your account as a starting point for your own. For Sale and Trade Away copies can only come from your own owned lists, since ownership does not transfer, and deck copies stay single-game.
Est. Value blends recent sales and listing data from major marketplaces into one daily figure per card variant. Not every card has enough data yet, so we always show coverage: you will see exactly how many cards in a set or collection are valued, and coverage grows daily.
Market is the market view of your hobby: price ranges across a card's variants, real recent sales, live offers, and set-by-set variant ladders designed to stay honest when data is thin. The latest sales are free for everyone; premium unlocks the full sales history.
Est. Value is a daily figure: it is recalculated every day from recent sales and current listings across major marketplaces, so the number you see reflects the latest market data, and price trends update on the same daily cadence. That said, we do not capture every sale that happens, and some cards have thinner data than others, so a daily update is not a promise that every trade is reflected. Coverage indicators always show how solid a given number is.
Most of the games we track come with values and Market data, and coverage grows as more market data comes in. Some newer or niche games are browse-only for now, and those say so plainly rather than showing a number we do not trust yet.
The basics are free: price trends, Est. Values, variant ladders, live offers and the latest sales are open to everyone. Premium adds a longer look-back on the data, including the full sales history for a card instead of just the most recent sales.
Market is designed to stay honest about movement: values are medians and ranges built from real sales and listings, refreshed daily, and every number shows its coverage so you know how much data sits behind it. Where the data is too thin to be meaningful, we show no figure rather than a misleading one.
HoloHoard links you to live marketplace listings for the cards you want, and Deals lets you browse singles, sealed products, lots and graded cards. Sales are not made or facilitated by HoloHoard: you buy on the marketplace itself. The listings we surface are matched by our own algorithms, not paid placement, so what you see is not skewed, though we cannot promise we capture every offer out there. Some links are affiliate links, which support HoloHoard at no cost to you.
Yes. Any collection or list can get a public share link. Shared links are view-only: only you can make changes.
Your public collector page: banner, bio, your trade and want lists, showcase collections and your shop links, all on one link. Profiles are private by default and you control exactly what is shared.
We take requests seriously, and community requests have shaped what HoloHoard supports today. Reach out through the contact page or our Discord.
Thank you, this is exactly how the database gets better. Use the report and edit options on the card page and our team will review it.
By default, everything is private. Collections, lists and your profile only become visible if you explicitly share or publish them, and you can unpublish at any time.
