Guide
A good collection is more than a pile of cards: it is a record you can search, value, and share. Here is a straightforward way to organize a trading card collection digitally so nothing gets lost and every copy carries the detail that matters.

Keep each game in its own collection so counts, values, and set completion stay meaningful. Browse the card checklists on HoloHoard, then add anything you own. You never need an account to browse, and adding as many cards as you want in a collection is free for every game you collect.
For each copy you can record condition for your raw cards, professional grade (PSA, BGS, CGC and more), serial number, purchase price, acquisition date, and your own notes and photos. For scarcity-driven franchises, recording serial numbers is optional but recommended. Identical copies automatically fold into one clean row with a true count, so a playset reads as one line, not four.
Opening a lot of packs? Use bulk add to select a whole set in one pass, either a quick add or an add-with-details flow that lets you set per-card condition and acquisition date and method. You can always go back to each item you own to add price, notes and upload your own photos and videos. It is the fastest way to go from a stack of cards to an organized collection.
Every card you own can carry your own media, not just the stock image. Upload photos of your actual copy, the real corners, the real serial, the real signature, and videos too, like the moment you pulled a card from a pack. Your own media makes a collection unmistakably yours, and turns a for-sale or trade listing into something a buyer can actually trust.
Once cards are in a collection, HoloHoard shows a daily Est. Value per card and totals across your collection, with honest coverage indicators. It is a live picture of your collection's worth that updates as the market moves.
As a collection grows, duplicates pile up, and it helps to know exactly what you are holding spare. With Premium, the Dashboard's duplicate analysis surfaces every card you own more than one of, how many extra copies you have, and what those spares are worth, so you know what you can trade or sell without digging through row by row.
