Guide
A few hundred cards is a binder. A few thousand is a database problem, unless your tools do the heavy lifting. Here is how HoloHoard keeps big collections quick to build and easy to live with.

Never add a set one card at a time. Open the set, choose Select many, and sweep in everything you own in a single pass. Quick add drops the cards straight in, or use Add with details to set conditions, quantities and serial numbers per copy as you go. Either way, a full set takes minutes, not evenings.
Any list you already have can be duplicated in one tap, serial numbers included. Even better, another collector's shared list can be copied straight into your account: open the shared link and hit Copy this list, and their want list or trade list becomes your starting point. For Sale and Trade Away copies only come from your own owned lists, since ownership does not transfer, so anything on those lists is genuinely available.
Big collections stay fast because the views are built for them. Stack variants to fold every parallel of a card into one tile, or unstack to see each printing on its own row. Switch between tiles, a dense list, or a pure artwork gallery, and page through your collection at 50 to 500 cards per page instead of scrolling forever. The same views work on your public shared pages, so a huge collection is just as pleasant for visitors.
Once a collection is big enough to matter, it is big enough to back up. Premium adds spreadsheet export, itemised and grouped, so your records exist outside any one app. Read the backup guide.
