This document sets out the terms that apply to HoloHoard Premium subscriptions. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to the terms below.
HoloHoard Premium is available as a monthly plan or a yearly plan. The monthly plan is billed on a monthly recurring basis. The yearly plan is billed once for a 12-month term, priced at the equivalent of 10 months of the monthly plan, so you get 2 months free compared to paying month by month.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, each month for the monthly plan or every 12 months for the yearly plan, unless you cancel it before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize HoloHoard to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.
Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
We sometimes offer promotional or introductory pricing, such as a launch offer or a discounted first term. Any promotional price applies for the term stated at the time you subscribe. Unless we state otherwise, your subscription then renews at our standard price for your plan, at the rate published on our pricing page at the time of renewal. We will always tell you the price before you subscribe, and we will give you reasonable notice by email before any change to the price you pay, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings.
Canceling prevents future renewals.
Your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. For the yearly plan, this is the full 12-month term you have already paid for: your access remains active until the end of that term, and your subscription will not renew after that.
Once a billing period has started, it cannot be refunded or partially refunded.
You may resubscribe at any time after cancelation.
If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge using the same payment method.
If payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable period:
If a payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed, your Premium subscription may be canceled immediately without refund.
We may change the price of Premium subscriptions from time to time to reflect changes to our features, costs, or business conditions.

Price changes will not affect the current billing period and will only apply from your next renewal (for the yearly plan, your next 12-month renewal). If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
As set out above, subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law, and once a billing period has started it cannot be refunded or partially refunded. This applies to both the monthly and the yearly plan.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days. By subscribing, you request that your Premium access begins immediately, and you acknowledge that once the service has begun, you lose the right of withdrawal for that billing period, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where the law of your country of residence grants you a refund right that cannot be waived, that law prevails.
Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features, limits, or functionality not available on the free plan.
Premium features may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features as the platform develops, provided that the subscription continues to offer reasonable value overall.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to misuse, abuse, or violation of platform rules, any active Premium subscription may be canceled without refund.
