These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HoloHoard, including our websites, digital products, apps, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HoloHoard is operated by ScoutBytes OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia ("HoloHoard", "we", "our", or "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
To use most features you need an account, created with an email address and password or through Google Login. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hola@holohoard.com.
You can delete your account at any time. How we handle your personal data, including account deletion, is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service lets you add content to your account, such as collection entries, notes, grades, pricing, purchase and sale history, and card photos or videos. You retain ownership of the content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant HoloHoard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as needed to operate, improve, and support the Service. If you make a collection, list, or profile public or share it with a link, this license also allows us to display that shared content to anyone with access to the page and to promote it, for example by featuring or linking to your public page. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content remains visible to others because you shared it, or where we are required to retain it by law.
You are responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
If you choose to make a collection, list, or profile public or share it with a link, the content in it becomes visible to anyone with access to that page. You can change this setting at any time.
The Service offers a free plan with usage limits (for example, limits on the number of collections, lists, and uploads) and paid Premium subscriptions with expanded features and limits. Premium subscriptions are governed by the separate HoloHoard Premium Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms for subscribers and set out the billing, renewal, cancelation, refund, and withdrawal terms. We may change what is included in each plan as the platform develops.
The Service displays estimated card values, market prices, and listings sourced from third-party marketplaces. These figures are estimates provided for informational purposes only. They are not an appraisal, not a guarantee of value, and not financial or investment advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Any decision to buy, sell, or hold a card based on information shown in the Service is yours alone.
Some links in the Service are affiliate links. If you make a purchase after clicking on such a link, HoloHoard may be compensated at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. Purchases you make on third-party marketplaces are made with those third parties, under their terms, and we are not a party to those transactions.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by HoloHoard or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
HoloHoard is an independent platform for trading card collectors and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any trading card publishers or rights holders. All trademarks, logos, card names, and card images are the property of their respective owners. Any use of such materials is for identification and informational purposes only.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, marketplaces, payment providers, and login providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue first. If your account is terminated due to misuse, abuse, or violation of platform rules, any active Premium subscription may be canceled without refund, as set out in the Premium Subscription Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that data (including market values) will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoloHoard and ScoutBytes OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or 50 euros. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoloHoard and ScoutBytes OÜ from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or the platform before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court in Tallinn as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
