When you sign up for HoloHoard, we collect:

• Name (optional – can be edited at any time)
• Google profile data (if you use Google Login)

If you sign in using your Google account, we request access to your email address and name. This data is used only to create and personalize your account. You may edit or delete this information at any time through your account settings.

b) User-Provided Content

You may optionally provide additional information such as:

• Notes
• Grades and pricing
• Purchase/sale history
• Card photos or videos

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading it, you grant HoloHoard a non-exclusive license to use this content only to operate and improve the service, and—with your permission—for promotional or marketing purposes (e.g., showcasing collections or testimonials). Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

c) Usage Data

We may collect anonymized data such as page views, click actions, and device/browser info. We use tools like Google Analytics to analyze usage patterns and improve site performance.

d) Subscription and Payment Information

If you subscribe to Premium, payment is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers. We receive only the limited information needed to manage your subscription, such as your subscription status, plan, and billing dates.

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, improve, and personalize the platform
• Communicate with you (e.g., feature updates, support messages)
• Analyze aggregate trends

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

When you log in via Google, we use your Google account email to create your account and your Google profile name as your default display name (which you can edit at any time).

We comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We do not use your Google data for advertising, profiling, or retargeting.
• We do not transfer or sell your Google data to third parties.
• No human will access your Google user data unless:
  • You give explicit consent
  • It is necessary for security, legal compliance, or technical support
  • It is aggregated and anonymized for internal analysis only

You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
