How to track serial numbers, autographs and print errors

The cards worth the most to you are often the ones with a story: a low serial, a signature, an odd print run. HoloHoard is built to track exactly these details, per copy, so nothing special gets flattened into a generic entry.

The copies you own of one card, each with its own serial number and condition

Serialised cards, tracked the right way

Serialised cards are a HoloHoard strength. A serialised card has a print run (the denominator, like /150) set on the card, and a serial number (the numerator, the exact copy you pulled). You only ever enter the serial number, and it is optional, so you can add it later. Each serialised copy is tracked as its own count-of-one entry, so a 5/99 and a 42/99 stay distinct and you can attach the right serial to each. If you chase low serials or 1-of-1s, this is the collection tracker that respects them.

Autographs and signatures

Mark a copy as autographed and it is tracked as its own thing, separate from the raw version. Signed cards keep their own line, their own value and their own photos, so your on-card autos never get merged into the base card.

Print errors and variations

Miscuts, misprints and odd variations are part of the fun of collecting. Flag them with custom notes on any copy so your error cards are recorded for what they are, not mistaken for a normal print.

Add your own photos

Upload your own photos to any copy, so the entry shows YOUR exact card: the real serial, the real signature, the real corners. Your own media makes your collection unmistakably yours and turns a for-sale or trade listing into something a buyer can trust.
