The Most Expensive Dawn of Palpagos Cards

Dawn of Palpagos is the first and largest booster in the Palworld Official Card Game, and it is the set most people are opening. Here are the cards in it worth the most, with what each one is currently valued at. Below the ranking is the part that explains it: this set splits into a base run and a parallel run, and nearly all of the value sits in the second one.

162 cards in this set, catalogued and ready to track.

What is worth the most right now

Values are per card and update daily. The cards at the top are almost always parallels rather than base cards, which is a consequence of how the set is printed rather than a coincidence.

This is the structural fact that drives the value spread, and it is worth understanding before reading the ranking. A parallel in this set is not a finish applied to a card you already have: it carries its own card number, the base number with a suffix, so EBP01-001 and EBP01-001OSR and EBP01-001SSP are three separate entries on the checklist. The publisher counts them separately too, announcing the set as a run of base types plus a run of parallels. For a collector that means the set has two different completion goals, and the second one is where the money is.

What each rarity is actually worth

The ladder below is live, one row per rarity, with a median and a range so a single expensive card cannot make a tier look richer than it is. Read it alongside the coverage figure it prints: a tier with only a handful of priced cards behind it is a weaker signal than one backed by dozens, however tempting its median looks.

Dawn of Palpagos: typical values by rarity, updated daily
RarityTypical value
Super Special Soul$2,367.82
Super Special Parallel$457.93 ($307.96 to $641.71)
Super Parallel$107.81 ($57.18 to $147.31)
Over Super Rare$9.90 ($6.19 to $19.80)
Double Rare$2.57 ($1.45 to $16.02)
Super Rare$2.38 ($1.11 to $4.74)
Rare$0.34 ($0.25 to $0.86)
Uncommon$0.19 ($0.12 to $0.27)
Common$0.16 ($0.11 to $0.21)

Median of the priced cards in each rarity, with the typical range in brackets, built from the 162 of 162 cards in this set that currently carry a value. Estimates are blended from real market activity, not appraisals, and a rarity with only a few priced cards is a thinner signal than one with many.

Foil follows the rarity, so it is not a second thing to chase

In a lot of card games foil is a parallel of its own, quietly doubling the checklist. Palworld does not work that way. The finish is attached to the rarity tier rather than sold separately: the lower tiers print non-foil, and from Rare upward the cards are foil, and no card exists in both finishes. That is why the value conversation in this set is about rarity and about parallels, and never about tracking down the foil version of a card you already own.

Tracking what you pull

The whole set is catalogued, parallels included, so marking a pull is a tap rather than a form. Because each parallel is its own card, a collection shows the base card and its parallels as separate holdings instead of one row you have to remember the details of, and set completion counts them honestly. Values update daily against what you own, and cards without enough market activity behind them show as not valued yet rather than as zero. Browse the Dawn of Palpagos card list.

Frequently asked questions

What is the most expensive Dawn of Palpagos card?

One of the Super Special Parallel or Over Super Rare cards. Those are the two thinnest print runs in the set: each takes a base card's number and adds a suffix to it, so it sits alongside the base run rather than inside it, and far fewer copies exist than of the card it parallels. The ranking at the top of this page names the card that leads right now and what it is worth.

Are Palworld parallels separate cards or different versions of the same card?

Separate cards. A parallel carries its own card number, the base number with a suffix such as OSR or SSP, so it appears on the checklist in its own right rather than as an alternative printing of an existing entry. Holding both the base card and its parallel counts as holding two cards.

Why do some Dawn of Palpagos cards show no value?

A card shows as not valued yet when there is not enough market activity behind it to estimate one honestly. That is more common on the base run than on the chases, because the cards people trade are the ones that generate the data. Coverage grows as the set keeps moving.

Is the foil version of a Palworld card worth more?

There is no separate foil version to compare against. The finish is tied to the rarity tier in this line rather than sold as a parallel, so the lower tiers print non-foil and the higher tiers print foil, and no card exists in both. Value differences follow the rarity and the parallels instead.
