Cyrus's Initiative appears in Supreme Victors, released under Pokémon TCG, the official Pokémon Trading Card Game from The Pokémon Company International, in which Trainers battle with their Pokémon and take a Prize for every Knock Out. Of the 153 cards in the set, this is number 137. Collectors chasing it have 2 variants to find. It is a Trainer, support played from your hand: an Item used freely, a Supporter limited to one a turn, a Stadium that stays in play, or a Tool attached to one of your Pokémon. It was illustrated by Ken Sugimori.

You can play only one Supporter each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokemon. When your turn ends, discard this card. Flip 2 coins. If either of them is heads, look at your opponent's hand. For each heads, choose 1 card from your opponent's hand and put it on the bottom of your opponent's deck in any order.
