Collectors will find Cynthia's Guidance in Supreme Victors, a set in Pokémon TCG, the official Pokémon Trading Card Game from The Pokémon Company International, in which Trainers battle with their Pokémon and take a Prize for every Knock Out. Artwork comes from Ken Sugimori. Across the set's parallels it appears in 2 variants. In play it is a Trainer, support played from your hand: an Item used freely, a Supporter limited to one a turn, a Stadium that stays in play, or a Tool attached to one of your Pokémon. It is card 136 of 153 in the set.

You can play only one Supporter each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokemon. When your turn ends, discard this card. Look at the top 7 cards of your deck, choose 1 of them, and put it into your hand. Put the other cards back on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.
