Plusle comes from Secret Wonders, a set in Pokémon TCG, the official Pokémon Trading Card Game from The Pokémon Company International, in which Trainers battle with their Pokémon and take a Prize for every Knock Out. The card is numbered 36/132. Masakazu Fukuda illustrated it. In play it is a Pokémon, the creature you put into play, attacking from the Active Spot once it has the Energy its attack needs, and handing your opponent a Prize when it is Knocked Out. There are 2 variants of it to chase.

Poké-Power: Plus Charge Once during your turn (before your attack), if any of your Pokémon were Knocked Out during your opponent's last turn, you may search your discard pile for up to 2 basic Energy cards, show them to your opponent, and put them into your hand. You can't use more than 1 Plus Charge Poké-Power each turn. This power can't be used if Plusle is affected by a Special Condition. [L] Tag Play (+) 20 If you have Minun on your Bench, you may do 20 damage to any 1 Benched Pokémon instead. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
It cheers on friends with pom-poms made of sparks. It drains power from telephone poles.
