Pokémon TCG is the official Pokémon Trading Card Game from The Pokémon Company International, in which Trainers battle with their Pokémon and take a Prize for every Knock Out, and First Ticket is one of the cards in Dragon Vault. This is a Trainer, which makes it support played from your hand: an Item used freely, a Supporter limited to one a turn, a Stadium that stays in play, or a Tool attached to one of your Pokémon. It carries card number 19/20. 5ban Graphics handled the artwork.

You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack). Before you flip a coin to decide who goes first in a game, you may play this card. Don't flip that coin, and you go first. If both players play First Ticket, flip the coin as normal. (You may play only 1 First Ticket before you flip that coin.)
