Celio's Network was printed for EX Trainer Kit 2: Plusle & Minun, part of Pokémon TCG, the official Pokémon Trading Card Game from The Pokémon Company International, in which Trainers battle with their Pokémon and take a Prize for every Knock Out. The card is numbered 8/12. The illustration is credited to Ken Sugimori. In play it is a Trainer, support played from your hand: an Item used freely, a Supporter limited to one a turn, a Stadium that stays in play, or a Tool attached to one of your Pokémon.
