Mandibular Upgrade appears in The Heist (Beta Starter Deck), released under Cyberpunk TCG, a crew-building duel from WeirdCo, set in the Cyberpunk franchise's Night City. The card is a Gear, meaning it is equipment that bolsters a friendly Unit or Legend and travels with it wherever it goes. It was illustrated by Lea Leonowicz. Colour-wise it is Yellow, and Yellow pulls its Gig values apart so no two match, and specialises in gear, sacrificing and scavenging its own resources to strip away its rival's, with an identity inspired by the Technical Ability attribute. Its card number is β008.
