River Ward - Detective on the Hunt comes from Edgerunner Open Season 1, a set in Cyberpunk TCG, a crew-building duel from WeirdCo, set in the Cyberpunk franchise's Night City. The card is numbered 038. Its colour is Yellow, which pulls its Gig values apart so no two match, and specialises in gear, sacrificing and scavenging its own resources to strip away its rival's, echoing the Technical Ability attribute from the video game. In play it is a Legend, one of the three centrepiece characters a crew is built around, starting face down and flipped by Calling a Legend.
