Fool on the Hill is a card from Welcome to Night City (Retail), part of Cyberpunk TCG, a crew-building duel from WeirdCo, set in the Cyberpunk franchise's Night City. Its type is Program, an instantaneous effect that resolves and goes straight to the trash. The card is numbered 099. The illustration is credited to DOFRESH. It belongs to Green, a colour that works toward alignment, pairing Gig values and matching them to unit power, and leans on family, numbers and its Legends to strike once the pieces line up, echoing the Reflexes attribute from the video game.
