Nick Szabo is a computer scientist and cryptographer who founded Bitgold and coined the term "smart contracts." A linguistic study conducted in 2014 of the Bitcoin whitepaper concluded that Nick Szabo is likely Satoshi Nakamoto, but he continues to deny that claim to this day.
