Pikachu World Collection 2000 is a Pokémon TCG set of 9 cards, released September 12, 2000.
Nine Pikachu cards, each printed in a different language, sold only at Pokémon Park 2000 on the Sydney University grounds during the Sydney Olympics. The set took the Games' idea of global unity literally: English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese and Korean, one language per card. The cards reprint the Base Set and Jungle Pikachu and seven Black Star Promo Pikachu (Ivy, Baby, Surfing, Flying, Snap, the movie promo and the blank-name ___'s Pikachu), each keeping its original number. The tell of a World Collection print is the gold foil Pikachu-tail stamp just outside the lower-left corner of the illustration box. Collected as the complete box.
